Does this sound ok?

Looking at a GTR, service history is:

Date registered 3 March 2011

13/04/11 1,153 miles Nissan Kent (did gtr's have a run in service?)
08/02/12 2,707 miles Nissan Kent
19/02/13 14,229 miles Nissan Cardiff
19/02/14 20,087 miles Colliers Nissan
02/04/15 25,985 miles Litchfield Imports
23/05/16 31,034 miles Litchfield Imports
30/06/17 33,842 miles Auto Torque

Does that seem correct, sorry new to the GTR scene, the first year did only 1500 miles? but in first month did 1,153 miles?

Also does it matter some services are over 12 months? as some are 14/15 months on this ones history?

I am super picky with cars, is there away to check with nissan history?

Anyone know Auto Torque? are they any good...

Cheers guys!

Auto torque are a reputable seller from what I can make out and are active on this forum.

14months is a bit long if driven as a daily but then it's not covered galactic miles between services so wouldn't see it as too much of an issue.

Some might scoff at it because it's "outside the recommended servicing schedule" but hey, that's your choice to make.

Mechanically probably nothing wrong given the miles.
I just think personally if it's been cared for as much as you would, you'd make sure it's been serviced after 12m and on time? So to me says a bit more about the owner(s) and the treatment of it rather than the car itself

True, I will hunt around. I think its not a major problem due to low miles. But agree with you!

Service history doesn't get much better than that IMO.

The frist service isn't actually called a run-in service, it's called an optimisation and should be stamped in a different part of the service book at 1200 miles, then every year. Some owners like to get through the first 1200 miles pretty quick so they can then open the taps!

After the 08/02/12 service, by the book the car should have had an oil change service at 2707 + 9000 miles (and put on a high mileage service schedule for cars doing more than 9k miles per year) but it's nothing to worry about, 99% of people and even service specialists won't even know that.

Personally, if it drives well, looks good, has good brakes and tyres, and is priced well, the fact it went over a couple services by 6/7 weeks wouldn't bother me at all with the mileage covered being so low.

Is it a stock 11 plate MY11? I would guess the price at around 46k?

I agree, as said provided everything checks out with the car it's extremely picky to discount it based on a service being carried out 6 weeks after it's due date, especially given the annual mileage wasn't particularly high.

With how busy most specialists are it only takes one set back such as work commitments that might mean rescheduling your service and not getting back in for another 4 weeks at a time that's convenient.

That schedule coupled with "who" serviced it would be OK for me, if priced right.
