TPS woes

Hi guys, I have a problem where my 4WD light comes up when I go WOT. Usually comes up at around 4000? RPM.

I counted the blinks on the ATESSA ecu and it was 21 - TPS.

I've already changed a new TPS but it still persisted so I read the voltages with a multimeter.

The reading for the sensor's 5V source came up to only 3.7 volts so even at WOT the reading to the ECU would only be 3.7 volts. I think the ECU would pass this 3.7 v to the ATESSA ECU which then ATESSA ECU would say it's bad signal?

Do you guys have 5V at the TPS sensor?
