Will seats from a 2015 model fit my 2009?

Does anyone know if the Recaro seats from a 2015 model is a direct fit into my 2009 model?

Especially in terms of the electrics and heated function.

Just done a bit of research. For a few more hundred I can get new Recaro CS's. But obviously would lose the electric and heating functions. Anyone else fitted CS's? Would like to know if fitting them brings up any error lights and also where to get the subframes from.

Does that couple of hundred including subframe? If not expect another couple of hundred.

You will need to pop resistors on the airbag connections, the other bits you can just cap off

Yes I'm aware of that.

So...facelift recaros and door cards for £2000. I retain the electric and heated function....

or

Recaro CS's and subframes for £2700, I lose the electrics and heated seats. I would also need to retrim the door handles red. So probs looking around £2900

Input anyone?

From what i have read the CS`s sit high in the gtr , not sure if its the picture above but the drivers seat looks to sit level with the center console oem seats are quite a bit lower

From what i know the Recaro CS seats are crap for track days etc, the backs twist and flex like crazy , this was my experience in a megane rs250 used mainly as a track car - the owner changed them to bucket seats because of this, saying that i did not notice the flex in my focus rs used on the road only

Thats why forums are great. Real live experiences. I've always assumed the Recaro CS's were the dogs danglies...

Agree with Terry, I'd love some CS's but I've seen a few fitted now and they sit too high in the GTR for my liking despite lots of work to the rails etc. I nearly bought a second hand pair from a Nismo Juke (or 370z I forget now) so I spent time looking into it and passed a good deal up. I've sat in a GTR with them and my head was on the ceiling. I'm tall but still, a fair few inches higher on the drivers side certainly.

Well description says little wear. Perhaps they are just dusty. I'm going to have a look at them tomorrow.
