Bleeding radiator

Just fitted a lower temp thermostat is it a self bleeding system. Done a few supras where you get it up to temp with the rad cap off to allow air out then top up as required. Any info please googles a mine field

Fill up system from cap in front of engine block until full inside that pipe. Close that cap and keep expansion tank open with engine running. When above the opening temp of your new thermostat, top up expansion tank to level. Job done
