4wd problem?

Had my r34gtr at the 1/4 yesterday for the first time.it was the first time with the car trying to do a fast launch. the car most of the time just spun the rear wheels when launching the car off the line. got beat by a golf r even though he was trapping at 117mph and i was doing over 133mph checked the mfd and it said it was only putting 30% to the front wheels. Is this mormal? I know it should put up to 50% to the front if needed.
or do i just need more practice trying to get the car off the line, my 60ft time where around
2 - 2.2 seconds.

I think this is why most GT-R Skyline's have the Skylab or Do-Luck style Torque split controllers fitted to them.

I got a 1.95 once, should have tried using less boost off the line to see if that would help
