3017 eba stock downpipes

I've read somewhere that eba stock downpipes are larger/wider than previous (cba/dba) downpipes.

I cant seem to find any proof of this.

Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Yeah that was a typo. Meant 2017.
So the eba stock downpipes are same size/dimensions to the older cba/dba pipes.
I'm umure whether to have downpipes fitted.
