Help identifying clutch

Can anyone help identify this clutch please?

It's an OS Giken triple plate push type, the only marking on it is 'B-D 2' which doesn't relate back to any of the clutch models.

I need to buy a release bearing before I can install it but there is a different release bearing for each clutch model, want to make sure I get the right one.

Looks like a TS3B which should have 204mm diameter plates.

Release bearing 30502-14601
Sleeve 16mm 30501-A6801 or U0200 or 02C74

Thanks for the reply, i was pretty sure it's a TS3 of some description but wasn't certain.

I've checked the OS Giken official installation guide and for all of the TS3 clutches it states you need a 14mm sleeve? (R32 GTR Push type)
