Nissan skyline R34 GTR 2001

Hi I was wondering if you could help me and maybe point me in the right direction.

I have an r34 gtr which I purchased early this year it’s currently forged and rebuilt engine with a
Precission CEA6062 single turbo conversion.
It currently has a blow of valve.

I wanted the turbo flutter noise (sututututu).
My question is would I have to change my turbo in order to get that flutter noise or will I have to change my blow of valve.

I do have a T51R full turbo kit, should I install this?

Could you possibly recommend and good tuners near the midlands?

Disable the bov. The sound i think you want is pressure bouncing against the compressor wheel. Perhaps not the best for the turbo, but sound is great!
