Gtr rear noise

Any input here would be great. 2012 r35 with an annoying sound. Bolts have been tightened a bit more but it still persists. Noise doesnt stem.from the caliper or the pad. It's almost like its bang in the middle....garage suggested trying the tighten the spine nut but any other ideas welcomed. Bell housing has no movement to create any noise either...... Every time moving forward and back.......vid here.

Not watched the video but worth checking the hub nut and the end of the drive shaft.

As said hub nut on the rears is a common issue, they work themselves loose... Normally it's the passengers side one. Check both
