BNR34 GT-R V-Spec Value?

Due to change in circumstances, looking to see how much BNR34 GT-R V-Spec, 20,000 miles from new, circa 500BHP, Robson Leather Carbon interior, CE28s etc etc would be worth. have seen advertised from £45k-£75k - any guide price ideas?

Probably have original UK spec black edition R35 for sale as well, think its 1,800 miles at last MOT. any ideas on value would also help.

Itís a tough market so pricing them right really doesnít mean they will sell.
That said if the mileageís are genuine with condition reflecting this and a decent specification on each car; Iíd say these will be more sort after for somebody looking to invest.
In my opinion the R34 is £60-70 pending spec but market is shockingly bad with little buyer confidence.

Beautiful example 20,000 miles with full history and no hidden extras.

I would say that’s a £70k to £80k car easily. I’d like to say even more but it depends on how long you wanna wait? So now to sell quickly that’s a different story probably around £50k to £60k.

If you've got paperwork to show the mileage is genuine etc, I could see a collector being very interested, £60k+ imo. A lot of R34's with similar specs and condition are going for that money, but in Australia for some reason.
There are quite a few people on the lookout for one on the forum so you never know. I was approached by a few people asking about mine when I was only thinking about selling it. Fast forward a couple of weeks and somebody bought it. They are selling, just stick to your guns when haggling

Thanks for the feedback folks. Its a genuine car bought new by an ex-forum member from Prince Garage in Tokyo (still has the Prince sticker). I'm 2nd owner for last 15/16 years, all work performed by Rod Bell. Car is A1 condition.
