This car is insane...

Under $60k....game changer....pretty much was Nissan did with the R35 GT-R 10 years ago!

Completely sets a new standard!

I will test drive when a R/H drive arrives here. I like it.

Hardly a game changer, doesn’t set the standard either!

But, a great car for peanuts in today’s market.

I hope it lives up to the hype. Very cool how they’re all targa tops.

I think it looks the dogs ****.

$60,000. So about £48,000. Which will mean it will be £90,000 in the UK.
dinny and Samopangy like this.

The 0-60 time being under 3 seconds is quite impressive for a petrol powered engine. Will definitely be giving the ev companies a run for their money if a car worth $60,000 USD is achieving that sort of acceleration and can be used over and over again without charging.

But at the same time, the car looks butt ugly in my opinion. The interior also looks too overdone. And only automatic? Well, that sucks. I like the C6 and C3 designs more than the C8. Car lost it's touch being a successful plumber's car. Now it's more for young folks.

Front Engine C7 Z06 set a ring time of 7.13

If you believe them in that they went mid engine as they had reached the limit of what they could do with front engine then the high performance version of this car could well be a new benchmark, we'll just have to wait and see. If it were to go under 7 minutes at the ring for under £100k it would be phenominal.

How many of you would swap your 35 for it if it was RHD?
I personally love the 4wd of the 35 so don't think it would replace mine if I still had it!

I have to be honest and say I really like the looks....and at that kind of money
If they bring the performance version in at less than 100K US I think it'll be a bargain(relatively speaking).....if my TE GTR wasn't already on order!

I am waiting for the C8 z06. If it presents the figures I have in mind I will seriously consider it.
Owned the c6 z06 and c7 z06 and to be honest they are superb for the price. The C7z06 was awesome and looked like a proper super car.
