Please help with info on Skyline instrument unit???

Hi all!

Newly joined here as I just bought my R33 GTR VSPEC!

I also picked up this instrument cluster but looking online I can't find any information about it other than possibly Spec 1 '96?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance

I take it you realise the dash is from a GT-S, not GT-R?

It looks custom. There's some interesting wiring coming out of the back of it and the gauge faces are aftermarket and probably (almost surely) not genuine Nismo.

Looks like an aftermarket set of EL gauge faces.

Hi,

Yes I do realise they are gts not gtr, thank you.

I just picked them up cheap because they're different.

Unsure if they're genuine, custom or fake but interesting points are that it's full 300kmh and rev gauge goes to 11?

Thanks again for all your help

The little "s" and "nismo" stickers make it look pretty much

Just keep your standard cluster.

4WD from memory, I know you need to retain the light when changing to a digital dash etc as I'm just going through programming my C127.

Yes. Replacing my clocks for a bad KMH to MPH conversion threw my HICAS out and brought up all sorts of warning lights. I ended up insisting Middlehurst fitted a Nismo speedo instead after the 3rd attempt.
For some reason the wheel speeds are compared to the mechanical clock speed!!!!
