First time GTR buyer

I'm looking to view a standard 2013 GTR this weekend.
I'm a complete newbie to GTRs, so just wondered, other than the usual stuff to check like brakes, tyres, lights, paintwork, what else should I pay particular attention to on this year of car?

It's currently on about 27k miles and the seller says that it is due a service.
It has been serviced annually by Nissan HPC perviously.
How much should I budget for this upcoming service?

Finally, when test driving, what sounds should I be listening out for to avoid any potential disasters?

I read that some GTRs suffer from rusting underneath, I won't be able to get the car up so what is the best way of checking this?

Mine is a 13 plate and had its 72 month service at Litchfields a couple of weeks ago and it cost £830.

It the subframes that suffer from rust and think u have to remove the undertrays to check properly, think u should be ok on a 13 with 27k though, think its mainly early 09/10 cars so far.

Check for any paint bubbles on the doors particularly around the wing mirrors.

Thanks for your reply Dean.

I just downloaded the Litchfield R35 Buyers guide which seems very helpful.

Just wondered if anyone can tell me how I can find out how many times the car has made launch control starts?

Also, I read that the bell housing sound is pretty normal, but at what point should it be a worry? and for a car of this age, should it have had it fixed under warranty?

You have to connect to the ECU to read how many launches its done i believe, ive got no idea how many mine has done.

Bell housing rattle, best to watch some YouTube videos for what is normal (they are quite noisy cars) and what they sound like with excessive play in the bell housing.
