Front bumper sensors
I have removed the pop ups for the bonnet and fitted the deletes ages ago with no issues.
I am still carrying the front sensors and loom plugged in to keep the light off the dash. My question is if I remove this loom and sensors from the bumper is there any direct plug in part to the cars main wiring loom to replicate it still being there? I do have a spare sensor loom which I could shorten and maybe fit some diodes to do the job but wondered what other people do and what’s out there straight off the shelf. Thanks

What sensors are you talking about... I was under the impression that you were talking about front parking sensors

I don't think there is anything off the shelf available, you may need to figure it out and fit the relevant diodes in

Just unplug the one that’s most accessible (iirc driver’s side is easier to get to once the radiator slam panel is removed) and chuck a multimeter in resistance mode on the pins

It’s already in bits, it’s going back together(slowly) and I just thought these bits are not required anymore but also leave it in a reversible state.
I’ll use the spare loom I have basically just for the plug and shorten wires back with diodes in and if something else pops up afterwards it’s an easy change.
