The warranty extension to the audio & speedo...

The warranty extension to the audio & speedo units was to 5 years I think most of them are now over that now as is was the early 09 cars that were covered.

If you remove the plastic trim from the mirror...

If you remove the plastic trim from the mirror base (it splits into two) there are 2 grub screws that work loose 20s torx i think. Nip those up should be fine.
