I had this problem.it sounded like it was coming from behind the sat nav.It was indeed one of those screws behind the mirror slightly loose.Fixed at service time.

The jack for a 350z does look identical but has a lower weight limit.It also cost £150plus.Bought mine from Glynn Hopkin website for a lot less.The jack pad is only needed with a trolley jack.
