Wow what a mess, either that has been very badly setup in the past or a bearing has collapsed. The crown wheel and pinion should ideally be replaced as a pair as they are machined to match.

If there is swarf in there chances are you will need to change the pinion shaft and bearings. You will have to remove the front subframe to take the sump off. Not a difficult job but pretty time...

More than likely wont be a synchro issue then. Yeah if you want to mask the issue it is the best out there but ideally its gearbox rebuild time!

Will be a worn slider hub more likely if it doesnt crunch going into gear. You could try redline heavy shockproof oil to see if it masks the problem though.

Depends how far you want to go. i.e blasting and powdercoating of suspension arms etc. Even just fitting the bushes is probably a day and a half to 2 days work.

Was 500bhp and around 1200kg, soon to be over 700bhp and im certain the brakes will still be just as good as before. The Alcons are also a much bigger disc and caliper so i dont think they are...

CT17 uses these on his 500hp Yeti and 270hp ST and having driven both cars they are awesome value for money. For fast road and occasional track use they are perfect.

Yes of course OEM engines will last for over 100k miles in most cases. However when you are pushing over double the original engine power and are driving the car hard for most of the time of course...

With the ACL bearings be careful of the length of the bearing. As you tighten down the main caps make sure the crank can still turn freely as it is possible for the clearance to close in the corners...
