Width is the wheels width- 9.5" and the rolling radius is 18" plus tyre. As both front and back are both 18x9.5 they have the same rolling radius, assuming the tyres are the same front and back.

Tranq said he fitted the ztune wings and rolled the arch's in order to fit 295 tyres, not to get the wheels to fit. Oh and the picture doesn't have ztune arch's in it....
