Closest match which I have used for minor scuffs on '09 premium is "Nissan Infiniti touch up paint K11 Smoke". I'd say its as close to exact match as you can get.

Volvo Dark Grey Pearl is a near spot on match for the 09 rims, it's stocked in Halfords as a touch up. I scraped one of mine in the snow last year against a hidden kerb and used this colour.
