hi all

i have tow 2860 turbos bought from owen developments in november 2007.i have the invoice for £1160,the turbos are ball bearing and come with stainless stell elbows,braided oil lines and actuators.

one of the turbos is faulty and will need a rebuild.dont understand why its gone wrong when they have only done 50-100miles max.?

anyway im after £800 for both collected.

i also have a trust steel downpipe thats off a r32 gtr.no holes or any faults with it.

im after £150 for it collected

Any info on the turbo elbows? Make, size's, and if you sell them seperately? (and what you want for them)

the problem is, you cant really rebuild them. you need a complete core which is only 150 pounds less than a complete turbo.

or do you have any adress which can rebuild bb turbos?

May take the good turbo off you without the elbow.

Can you advise, when the other turbo failed, was it put on to a rebuilt engine? This causes, according to Garrett a lot of turbo failure due to the oil ways not being cleaned properly and damaging the bearings.
