Morning all,
My car: UK R33 GTR V-Spec.
Left home for work today, and after about 50 yards, the "4WD TEMP" light came on. I stopped and thought about it, and decided that it must be talking crap... How could the diff oil be hot after 50 yards? unless there's a small nuclear reactor there to heat it up.
So I decided to plod on regardless. Oddly, the light flickered lots when accelerating medium-hard.
And then, after 10 miles or so, it went out completely and everything is back to normal.
What do we think is the problem? I think the temp sensor is probably f**ked.
