How do i put a picture (jpg format) into one of these message's?

the pic has to be less than 31k (pretty small!!) and there is a box just under the message box allowing you attach a file...

After you have clicked on "post reply", complete the text box and towards the bottom you will see an option to attach file. Use the browse button and select the file from your pc.

Ensure that the file size is no greater than 31k
