I viewed a 2014 GTR with 25k miles, which looked like a clean example, however didn't get the chance to test driving it yet as they were closing when I got there.

Car was last serviced at 22k miles on Feb 2019 during which it had the clutch bearing replaced. Is this related to the infamous bell house rattling?
Also, had flywheel and driveshaft/propshaft replaced amongst other things apparently.

Is it normal to have all these replaced given the age/mileage of the car, or signs that it's been driven hard?

Work was done by Nissan Exeter.
I called them up today to confirm the last service and also ask what was carried out as the trader said the previous owner of the car didn't keep the receipts, just the service book with the 5 stamps from Nissan Exeter.
