yep

strip it down to a rolling shell , engine, loom and glass out then photograph the rebuild and submit it for an sva as an amature built vehicle, i asked VOSA if this was possible about 2 years ago and they said yes

they dont have an sva in ireland. pay the vrt there instead. ferry car over here.
