on wether import skylines HAVE to have a cat test before 1995.....


fooking mot tester tested it as a gtt r33, when its a gtR 32, and says, well thats all it comes up as,....

so, i need to contest this, and im sure i saw/heard somewhere that before 1995, it is exempt from a cat test, as its import....

pllleeeeease help....

My understand is that it has to have a CAT test, but doesn't need to have a CAT fitted if manufactured before 1995. Strange but apparently true!

my car is fitted with a cat, so does it mean it will still need testing??????

it passed co, and hc,

but failed on lambda.....
was 1.05......
