Yep, has all the books, RS232 PC cable, dash stickies, batteries and is ready to go. You can get the software from their website too. 99% brand new basicaly.

what sort of BHP power can it read up to

also do you know if it is far out with the bhp figures.

I think it's upto 999BHP. You need to input quite a few variables to make sure the BHP is as acurate as possible, such as cd, weight, lenght, suspension etc. I only used that part once and it wasn't too bad, although I never had a dyno to compare with.
