probably a pointless question but...apexi power fc's

i already have one fitted to my car but i can't help notice the price of pfc's has gone through the roof ..i bought mine brand new 18 months ago for £280 from ebay now they are fetching a lot more
...is there a reason why they are getting so expensive ..?
