Does anybody know how to modify the light switch so that the high and low beams work at the same time. My S1 GTR has S3 projectors fitted, on a real S3 the highs and lows can work at the same time.

You can either go way over the top and add some relays at headlight end. Or solder the switch it's self. Personally on all 3 R33's I've had I've done the switch. I did almost 30k on my second R33 - no issues what's so ever.

Got any pics of what i have to solder? And how hard is it to open the switch?

Have a read up on getting the stalk out... For me - about 5 mins to remove.

I would say the solder didn't take first time on the GTR (hence looking really messy). Not sure why... Different metal maybe.

Either way - as you can see... Pretty simple.

Last time i checked it didnt work and the headlights would go off when beams flashed, then i just de soldered and left it as is. My car is a 1996

you just plugged and played the Xenon's right?

Seems odd why it wouldn't work, i assume it reverted to the standard setup?
