Could see this big stone heading my way , was in the GTR and it bounced off the bonnet and screen, it was thrown up by some Ming mong driving in the rubbish at the side of the road, what's the best way to deal with it please.

Ah man that sucks!! Well I had the exact same thing happen to me by some ****** who was swerving around on the motorway and as he crosses infront of me his back wheels chucked a fat stone at my car :/ it hit my bumper and windshield.. After that someone in a range rover reversed into me and dented the bumper..

Have gotten everything fixed as the individual payed for the damage and I got it resprayed and repaired from a specialist garage

Now, regarding your car.. how bad isit? can we get more pics? has the bonnet been dented? whats the damage on the windshield?

I believe all your problems can be solved with a good professional respray from a specialist shouldnt cost you more than 250-300quid depending on the damage.. hope it all works out for you..

No dints just paint removed, the screen is fine, just wondered if there is a chip specialist out there that do's a good job with touch up paint.

There are companies like ChipsAway but as they are franchises the quality in each region differs, you could get someone really good, you could get someone totally shite.

Have a look on DetailingWorld or Pistonheads in your area as reviews are the best things for using a scratch/chip/dent repairer.

I know a very good place that can do a respray or sort it out with touch up paint and a detail. However in all honesty, thats a really big chip to fill in with a touch up stick.. It would need a bit more than just touch up paint.. Also, it leaves the paint exposed to corrosion..

Feel your pain buddy. I have a large chip with an associated dent on the front of my bonnet from a rather large stone just waiting until the front gets really bad before getting it all clean up.

Got 3 .50cal bullet holes in mine. Sod it! Carbon fibre will be cheap by the time it turns into rust. Throw the whole panel in the skip and replace with carbon.

Try chipping that you Ming mongs!! :chuckle:
