I am trying to get my SKyline through expection for MOT in sweden
but it is polluting to much

My tuner said it was because of my HKS SSQV ... it stays open at little revs and therefore it gets to much fuel...

what can be done to prevent this

if its sticking you need a new one or rebuild it.

For the mot you could just block it off and put back to normal after.
