Hi all.... This is the second time it's happened it feels like the pads come loose after a spirited drive, pull over stamp on the brakes and all sorted.... Any ideas how to stop it?? I've got oem discs and about 8mm pad left

Brake Judder is normally a sign of warped discs, maybe the warping is exaggerated when the discs are hot..

Take to a specialist to take a look, you don't mess around with breaks....

I don't think they are warped I drive her hard and no problems..... This was braking from high speed 4 or 5 times literally pull over stamp them twice and away you go no probs...

Was trying to hold out on pads til my discs get changed

People fail the understand that its actually very difficult to warp a disc...

I've experienced this on my old OEM discs after a few high speed braking sessions. I haven't had the chance to test out my new discs in anger

If the disc was warped they would be like it all the time not when they get hot,
I've had this twice not on spirited drives,
Litchfield Tec man today said it's more than likely brake pads leaving deposite on disc when hot, then wearing off the next couple of uses,
Going to clean all the holes in the discs to help heat dissipation,
I'm still on original discs as well 14000 miles and no signs of cracking. YET

Sounds like my issue too..... I'm at 32k so must have had a new set of disc.... Not that I can find any record in the history so must be on my second
