Got my cams through post ( thanks Steve ) but I just want to know the lift/duration of the inlet cam so I know if i need valve clearancing as RB said they can't tell what cam it is but it isn't standard

It also says N401-001 on the back of the cam

Duration does not effect clearance. They are 9.1mm lift.

Question is do I need to reshim the head as it's just been done about 1500 miles ago

No Daz . need to remove cambelt and swap cams over and check clearances with feeler gauge before put back together . Its more time consuming than it sounds but if all clearances are fine it can be done in a day

easiest way to check is get a micrometer not a vernier and remove the 2 camshaft covers and measure lobe and compare to the new one . dont need to measre lift , just smaller diameter like you have in the first pic but where the valve wont be in lift

You will need to check and probably re-shim the head with every cam swap.
