Camber

I don't think that it's easy, I've never heard of anyone doing it without fitting special adjustable camber rear arms.

Out of interest, what tyres have you fitted to the rims?

Tyres

A 275/35/18 would be a bit stretched, though within specs just (Yokohama quote 9"-11" rims, for example).

I bet the rims edges protude, makes kerbing easy.
