apexi s-itc ignition controller
apexi avc-r boost controller
hks fcd fuel cut defencer

prefeerably a tuner unlike the others i've spoken to who wanted the instructions and a 100 page how to setup guide..

Not sure about the cost of that little lot, but surely you'd be better off with a complete ECU for around the same price ?

APEXi PFC + Boost kit + Handheld Commander = approx. £1200
