Hi, these guys say they can make any style of bonnet you want, when I enquired last year, they wanted £750-800 for a 400R copy bonnet in carbon.

Hi Daz,

I am really skint now!!

I did buy a supra but after the grasshopper decided to go for a R33, The supra is now for sale for £10k to u guys!!

Its a standard UK car.

Drew it's not the lightness i am after it's the look on a silver car, with a carbon fibre bonnet (i.e not painted) plus wing mirrors and rear wing.

It will look trick.

Do you mean like the pattern on the carbon styling roll you can pick up in halfords? That will look wicked if you've got matching mirrors.

Carbon bonnets!

Carbon look - look at the links provided above (eg electra) they clearly show the carbon effect which is pretty cool! No substitute for the carbon look at all?

The link to the elecltra site shows a partially see-through hood but on border racing it is a solid colour? A clear hood showing the engine and all its mods would look superb - i enquired into one when i 1st got the car but was put off by the price.

I would go for the carbon look - carbon side pillar strips and mirrors and finally the rear BTR logo's in the fin
