Auto Trader UK - Used Car Search - Used Cars for sale online.

The £40k V-SpecII at the bottom. Did they make V-SpecII's in midnight purple? If they did, I guess it's MPIII - how many were produced? The colour looks absolutley amazing in those pics and I wish I was ready to buy my Skyline now as I'm loving it

Someone on here must know of this car - can't be many MPIII V-SpecII's in this country?

I did think the paint looked like it was 'flipping' to much!

MP3 does change to quite some extent but its darker and looks alot nicer!

Definitely not midnight purple. Just looks like a skyline sprayed with regular flip paint.

As a matter of interest I looked at buying that car last year, when it was for sale for £28K by a private seller. It had previously been red. It looks like the same one anyway.

That is no way an original MP colour heres the difference:

The 1 to the right in the pic is an MPII

Wow, the pics above look sexy as hell - I love MPIII sooo much!

Would I be right in saying only 300 MPIII R34 GTR's were made, all being V-Spec? Was there any other midnight purple R34's - cos I reckon when I got the dosh to buy my 34, I'll want a V-SpecII [probably bayside blue unless they did do MP versions]?

Think there was only around 100 MPIII made and were only sold between Jan till March 2000 and only came in Vspec, there is also MPII which they produced around 300 of them not sure what versions they were available in.(correct me if im wrong)

I see the rumour mill is grinding away again....

MPII - 300 cars from Jan '99 (vspec or normal)
MPIII - 3 month availability from Jan -> Mar 2000 (vspec or normal)
(according to FAST there are 198 MPIII cars)

vspecII is not available (from factory) in any MP colour.

That was definitely a resprayed from red UK car. Simple way to know is to go look and open the bonnet.

Doesn't look like the same as advertised here though.
