well i sold the car to him in oct 06, said he could pay me half now and the rest in a week.....

for my security i said i will keep the v5 and mot cert...

3 months later i recieved the full payment jan 06 and the car was still in my name when he had crashed.....

i wasnt going to put it in his name until he paid me which i think was fair....

TBH, i dont see the big deal at the most part.

In slippery conditions with a proper diff its very possible to spin the car 360 even when heading in a straight line, never mind do what he did.

He made a joke out of it, as he not that bothered, which if fair enough if he not, he would still learn from his mistake hopefully (as if nobodys crashed before), and its better than some weepy attention seeking bollcoks most post on the internet once they crash!

How much you pay on a GTST for insurance? I'm 22 as well!
