Me too..

When my wife got into my GTR for the first time, she instantly complained about the lack of sunroof (last car - T-Top 300zxTT) - I pointed out to her that the GTR was built for strength and rigidity and _not_ for sticking ones butt out of a hole in the roof and mooning all the way down the high street.

In my humble opinion the 300zxTT felt no where near taught on the road as the GTR and nice though it looked, i dont think those TTops helped.

Peace,

Thanks Shin :D

What senna said is true really, I doubt they made a convertible version because of the necessary strengthening they'd have to do.

Would look pretty cool though I reckon :)

Oh yeah - I remember one of the tuning companies building an R32 pickup for an AutoSalon a few years back (maybe 99).
I thought it was a GT-R though.

Bean,
The one I saw was a GT-S in V.dark green or black,
being driven sideways by one of the Option presenters,
(Not Dai), who races in the JTC.

I will try to dig out the mpeg.
But don't hold your breaths.
