I have a little question.
Is it possible to make Intercooler out of copper?
coz copper have better heat loos.

It might be possible. If Im right copper will also stay warm longer due to the conductivity and dont like vibrations.

I'm sure this could be very expensive intercooler.
I'm wonderin coz all computer companies use copper to get rid of an exess of heat from processors and graphics cards.
so mayby this it could help in cars.

The reason alumiinium intercoolers work better than copper is because you have to join copper using solder and the resulting joint doesnt conduct heat any where near as well as aluminium (if produced by baking one of the contacting layers has a lower melting point alloy layer (Aka HKS, Pace))
