Finally got round to polishing the wheels up tonight and hadnt realised how hugely overdue they were. After using the Skyline on a sea of salt, I didnt clean anywhere near as often as I should have and below is the result. LOL, can you tell which bit I had started polishing -


I'll post up some pics of the finished items tomorrow hopefully depending on time and weather.

There was a thread recently about the exact same thing!!!
Don't drive on salty roads, is all I can say! they're dead evil!

On a bad day the last 1/2 mile of road i use on the way to work the waves off the sea crash OVER me car!!:bawling:
Damn salt in the sea,who's idea was that!!:(

Thank God we only use sand in NZ.....Salt is nasty!

Mook, I just use Meguiers (spelling?) metal polish and a stack of elbow grease :)

It wasnt til I finished that I realised I spent almost 4 hours getting them back up to scratch again!.........sore fingers now!
