The GTROC now own a decibel meter. So, if you're not sure whether your car will make it okay to a track day or just generally want to know how loud it is, now you'll be able to find out.

Obviously we can't do tests at pub meets and I guess track days are catered for. But, dyno days and events such as JAE would be good testing facilities. Watch out for it next year

You need to be careful with static testing. I went to Bedford specifically to find out. It passed the 5000rpm in the car park but easily failed the fly-by on the track.
