Hello !
This is Andreas Varro, from sweden. I baught a R34 GTR V-spec, black pearl from you a few months ago.
I would like to ask if its possible to get a receipt of the car, cause i didint get any when i purchased the car, also a receipt of the deposit that i sent to you ?

Hi Andreas ,
Sorry we missed your last email.
The company you bought your black GTR34 from was another japanese supplier, not us. Remember we sold to a uk company on behalf of the japanese owners. So we have no reciepts to show i'm sorry. The dealer you dealt with will have the documentation.

Best Regards *****
********** Ltd.

This company have never before mentioned any other company.
BUT there was one company that picked up my car, but i never payd him any money for the car. He only picked the car upp for me and sent it straght to Sweden. So i have got a receipt on his job (picking up the car and sending it to sweden). What the HELL is going on here ? I beleve that i payd this company the money for my car, and they say they are NOT responsible to give me any Receipt on the car.

Im relly worried now. I need a Receipt
What can i do ?

Did you get the Japanese De-reg doc? Thats way more important than any receipt.

If you bought it a year ago and it's so important to get a receipt why didnt you start asking as soon as you realized you didnt get one?

To be honest i have started to collect all receipts for the car and started to make some documentation like service etc etc, then i realized that i dont have any receipt on the car. its just that this was in august last year.I have sent a lot of emails, and i have also tryed to talk(e-mail) to the company that help me deliver the car to Sweden. But he tells me he cannot give me a receipt, just on the job he did. He did not sell the car to me just deliver. I have also aked him to talk with the company i bought the car from, and he told me he would help me, but he oblviously he has alot of things to do cause i havent recived any more e-mails from him

And by the way, didint rember getting this mail (i have recived alot of mails about this.)

'Unbelievable. I remember now what happened. They did not have the receipt ready when I went to collect the car, so they said that they would send it directly to you. I have no idea why it is so difficult for them to send a receipt to you. ' - This is what the company that delivered the car.

My english is Relly bad so i cant phone them dunno what to say.

Anyway, what does it relly matter if its 1 month, or 1 year. A serious import company does save all documentation. THey dont just throw them in the trash can when the deal is done.

I defenitly didint get any Japanese De-reg doc, whats that ?

Is this common ?
I mean the car is in super shape, interior is like new.
Its totaly original.
No signs of any job done under the hood.
I mean you can see if things where once removed, like different parts under the hood, but it seems 'un touched' under the hood.

In that case it would be a big PRO job thats for sure.

I think Micks winding you up! :)

You need to find out who you paid, (how did you pay, bank transfer?, contact your bank etc), then email whoever it was you paid, with the details of the transaction, and take it from there.

Maybe they cheated with the speedonumbers,so they cant give you the papers because that would show the correct numbers,so they tell you they lost it;)

If i would do it that way,i would not send you the papers out too(I would never do it myself,i hate people like that)

Regards
Alex

Ps: What is the name of the company?

I think you will struggle to get a reciept now... IMO you should have never handed over the money without getting a reciept in return.

If you bought something from a shop and then went back a few months later and asked for a reciept then im pretty sure they would show you the door. On the other hand i also wouldnt buy something from a shop without a reciept...

but you don't NEED the receipt

if the car is clean, oyu did the relevant checks etc, all a reciept will do is say what you paid for it... which is no use to any future buyer, and won't be any sort of warranty of anything

don't worry aout it

I agree with mook, the reciept is a nice thing to have but in the big picture a very small problem, number one by a long way is your car 100%, i am sure that after a year if there was anything seriously wrong it would be very obvious by now, if you still have worries go to a speacialist and get them to go over it with a magnifying glass, puts your mind at rest:)

Goodfellah. Are you sure you don't have the reciept?
I was under the impression that the reciept is needed to get the car registered over here.

I know that I had to show the reciept when my S15 was registered here.

I think that Goodyellahs car came with a UK reg.
So the japanese de-reg isn't needed here as it was a EU-import.

I don't know if the DVLA in the UK keeps those papers or if they're returned to the customer though.

The only papers needed here for a UK-import are papers from Nissan, reciept and the V5C document.

Surely you would've needed a receipt because you paid tax/import duties on taking the car to Sweden?
