For instance, Blitz/Defi/HKS etc do they fit straight into the centre console in place of the original factory gauges (Torque, Oil Temp, Boost)

yes, you can replace the one piece 3 gauge with 52mm types, or else, you can actually hack the std 3 gauge console and replace one of the meters with an aftermarket one.
