Why is it that when I unlock the car on the driver's side, my wife's door is still locked? I'm getting a lot of gyp over this. :chairshot

It's a security feature to prevent the passenger door being opened when it's just the driver getting into the car. It can be changed to unlock both doors by pressing both lock and unlock on the keyfob for more than 3 seconds. Repeat to change back to single unlock.

Ah, ok, the wife will be much happier now. Thanks. Just have to be careful I don't get carjacked now.

If you want to keep the security feature activated, but still unlock both doors, then press either the door button or the fob button twice in quick succession to unlock both doors.
