hey guys,

i recently picked up a hood for my 33 and think i may have stumbled appon a hidden jem. its made completely of dry carbon fiber and the top of the hood looks identical to the 400R hood.

but i was wondering, did nismo ever make this hood available to the public??

also does anyone have detailed pics or ANY pictures for that matter showing the underside of the 400R's hood.

i really want to find out some details to see if i am correct or not.

To order any of the limited edition parts for the 400R you have to have the chassis number.

after a little late night research and thumbing threw my old copies of HyperRev i found out i managed to pick up an Electra Dry Carbon Hood for the BCNR33..

VERY good find on my part i believe..

Love the Electra stuff but can't justify the price.

There's a used R32 Electra bonnet on YAJ at the moment for 250,000JPY.

i had a used diffuser up for sale delivered for £700 from them (list price is £3k or something silly) still no takers

depends on the quality of dry carbon though

the electra stuff is about as good as you can get

that front bonnet is about £5,000 i would imagine

sold some dry carbon bits for the 35 but most dont want to invest that much £ in a part for a daily driver

most electra stuff is sold to replace OEM bits for drag
