is there a after market dump valve out there that wont make my r33 stall.

I have a hks one on my gtst and never stalled yet

Dump value stalling is mainly due to the location of the dump value in the car and how you set the adjuster on top of the dump valve. You want it to start dumping at least 3,000rpm or more, Not just past idle.

Ask someone with similar model and find out where they have locating the dump valve and where they got the feed and blocked off any pipe work to avoid leakage.
