Very easy to get to. Take shuto N7 from C1 and get off at Ichikawa IC (N7 becomes Keiyo Road). Get off towards the Ichicawa city center and take the first right at the bowling place. Its just over 1Km up that road.
If 5 or more of us go on the dyno then its 10000 yen each.
At the moment it looks like me, Gio, Dino and maybe Jun with the RB26 GTS4. I thought you and some of the other Hyrev crew might be able to make it ?
More of an excuse for a meet than anything...
Purple, one way or another
Cheers Hugh - I hope Hyrev might be able to do us another good vid, but I'll get something anyway if he can't make it.
i will try to make it on that day. i am dropping off the car @ the body shop for some repair after a minor fender bender. i was rear ended, not too bad though. the shop told me about a week or less. I take it in on the 22nd with hopes of having it back by the 26th (Friday).
There doesn't seem to be too much interest and although I hope Paul can make it, I think he should be pressuring the body shop to do the job right rather than do the job quickly.
Anyway, I'll just reserve 3 places for hipoGTR, Jun and myself and ask them to keep a free one for Paul if possible. We didn't get 5 people so we'll have to pay the full price but shoganai.
I'll let you know the time after I speak to SA....
The price depends on how many run, however, if we reserve 4 places and some other people also make bookings, there may not be time for us to run more cars anyway....
I'm not bothered either way - I'm going to do mine whatever happens (unless the temp suddenly hits 40degrees or something).
i got it in the rear, literally!
I was leaving the toll booth, on the way home from Daikoku,
last wed night. Very low speed impact, but our bumper supports
are made out of real flimsy material, so it is mis-aligned a bit.
Minor paint damage, but needs reapinting though. Depending
on what they see when they remove the bumper, either fix it
or need to replace entire bumper with supports/mounts. I
really want to make it though, but will not find out till later
that week. Lemme ask Josh if he can make it for the dyno run.
I will show up for vids and pics though, 1 way or another. I
understand you need to make reservations to guarantee slots.
So, as for now, do not wait on me. If I get my car back Thurs
or Fri, i will see f i can get squeezed in with you guys.
Any GTR owners living in Milan, or in Italian cities up for arranging a meet up. Discussing tuning parts, mapping, and generally just getting a community together.
Could even consider looking into arranging an August 2020 summer speed sesh in Sardinia, for 2-3 days.
Hoping some of our members in Japan might catch this and be able to offer some advice..
I'm visiting from sept 6 - 21 and will be mostly on holiday so would like to try and do as much car stuff as poss!
If anyone could make some suggestions I'd be very grateful:bowdown1:
Tsukuba doesn't seem...
Ran a search on the site but cannot find any previous mention of this. Apologies if it is a re-post. My brother lives in Germany and gave me the heads-up.
New 4.5 km track in Bad Driberg opened on 1 June 2013, (Hermann Tilke design).
Does anyone have any further information?
