Hi, i've accumulated a squeeky belt and figured I may as well replace all of them as the cars just past its 60k mark.

Can anyone tell me the torque and tension settings for any of the below belts?

Fan Belt
Power Steering
Air Con

I'm not too hot with what can actually be tensioned but these are for my mate thats going to help me do it.

manual says to tension new belts to the following values (mm deflection/10 kg force):
alt/WP/fan: 3-5 mm, midway betw alt & WP pulleys
PS: 8-10 mm
AC: 6-8 mm, midway betw AC & crank pulleys
tension limits are 7.5, 16 and 12 mm, respectively. if limits are exceeded after running in, re-tension to 4-6, 10-12 and 7-9 mm.

yes, specs were taken straight out of the service manual. not too hard to make adjustments, but i had a hard time measuring mm/kg. i used a krikit tool instead - measured the old belts and just tried to get the new belts close. used the service specs as a rough guide. err on the side of looseness, tighten up as needed if they squeal.
