What made you go for AMS over say, AP Racing? Interesting the slots go in the opposite direction to the APs.

I presume the internal vents are facing the right way, i.e. drawing air in from the centre?

How many miles did you get out of the first set of Bridgestones?

the internal slots are bi-directional

15K out of the bridgestones but the inner edge was down to the core!

they charge £30 to fit a tyre and put nitrogen in if you don't get the tyres from them

Lots of people on here have had issues with AP disks, they measured up my car to produce there's as well and promised me a discount, never materiased

What sort of issues have people had with the APs?

15k miles is not bad for a set of tyres. There is a simple solution to excessive inner tread wear: do more track days!

Mine were set to max negative camber from the beginning and still wore out the outer edges first with tons of tread on the insides...

the outside edge was feathering but the first 5K was steady as I couldn't get parts.....

AP there was a long thread about exploding disks on track in R33 GTRs
