I have just found that by changing the way I buy fuel I can drastically reduce knock levels displayed on PFC. I always use Vpower but used to keep the tank "topped up" instead of running down to about 1/4 to 1/8 of a tank. Now that I drop the fuel level before adding more Vpower knock levels have gone from peaks around 40 to about 24. Presumably the older fuel looses octane levels over time. :smokin:

Anyone else found the same.

Yep, will defo lose some of the Octane content if you just keep topping up.

I never had that problem as a tank never lasted me long enough.
